How does the birthday reward work?
Add the date before your dog’s birthday. A prior paid order is required; the bonus is not immediate.
How do plays and game points work?

Do points or store credit expire?
FP, converted credit, and unused plays have separate expiry rules. Check your account for available balances.
What happens after a refund?
Points and plays linked to a refunded order may be reversed. FP and store credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
