Terms of service

Effective date: August 4, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use foodiepaws.com or buy from it. We've kept them as plain as terms can reasonably be. Please read them — especially the sections on your dog's safety and on our liability.

"Foodiepaws", "we", "us", and "our" mean Revnaq LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Foodiepaws. "You" means you, the person using the site or placing an order.

Accepting these terms

By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these terms and the policies linked from them: our Privacy policy, Return and refund policy, Shipping policy, Purchase options cancellation policy, and Copyright Notice. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. You may only buy for personal, household use, or for your own business's own use — not for resale — unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend or close an account that's being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Products, descriptions, and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but photographs, weights, and sizes are approximate — these are natural products and no two chews are identical. Colours can differ from screen to screen.

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Despite our best efforts, a product or price may occasionally be listed incorrectly. If an item's correct price is different from the price shown, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price — we'll always contact you first.

Product availability can change, and we may limit quantities per person or per order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order-confirmation email confirms we received it, not that we accepted it. The contract forms when we ship. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price was wrong, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't ship to your address — and we'll refund any charge in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors. We don't see or store your full card number. By providing a payment method you confirm you're authorised to use it. If you choose Subscribe & Save, you're also authorising recurring charges as set out in the Purchase options cancellation policy.

Shipping, risk, and returns

Shipping costs and timings are in the Shipping policy. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and refund policy.

Reviews and anything else you post

We love honest reviews, including critical ones. When you post a review, photo, or other content on our site, you keep ownership of it and you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use it in connection with our business, including in marketing.

You promise that what you post is yours to post, is your genuine experience, and isn't unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or an infringement of anyone's rights. We may edit for length or remove content that breaks these rules, but we don't remove reviews simply for being negative. Copyright complaints go through the process in our Copyright Notice.

Acceptable use

Please don't scrape the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, interfere with its operation, resell our content, impersonate anyone, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Your dog's safety — please read

Our products are treats and chews for dogs only. They are not food for humans, and they are not a complete diet or a substitute for veterinary care.

  • Always supervise your dog while they chew. Any chew can present a choking or obstruction hazard, particularly when it gets small enough to swallow — take it away at that point.
  • Choose a size and hardness appropriate for your dog, and provide fresh drinking water.
  • Introduce any new treat gradually. Dogs, like people, can have sensitivities.
  • If your dog has a health condition, is pregnant, is a young puppy, or is on a prescribed diet, ask your veterinarian before offering a new chew.
  • Stop use and contact your veterinarian if your dog shows any sign of distress, choking, or illness.

Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and statements about our products have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration.

Relationship with Shopify

Foodiepaws is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide this store and website to you. However, any sales and purchases you make here are made directly with Foodiepaws. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Foodiepaws, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Foodiepaws.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties that aren't expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Revnaq LLC nor its owners, employees, or suppliers are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Revnaq LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or content you post.

Governing law and where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you're a consumer, this doesn't deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live.

Odds and ends

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion doesn't waive it. These terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between us about the site and your orders. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always tells you which version is current, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that governs it.
