The product photos, descriptions, and pages on this site were made or chosen with care by the Foodiepaws team (supervised, naturally, by some very good dogs). This notice explains who owns that content, how you may use it, and how to send us copyright questions or complaints, including notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

Copyright ownership

All content on foodiepaws.com — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names and descriptions, and the selection and arrangement of the site — is owned by Revnaq LLC or used with permission, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Your license to use this site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access this site and view its content for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as browsing and shopping for your dog. Any other use — including reproducing, republishing, scraping, distributing, or creating derivative works from site content — requires our prior written permission, which you can request at online@revnaq.com. Your use of the site is also governed by our Terms of Service.

Trademarks

Foodiepaws™ and related logos are trademarks of Revnaq LLC. Please do not use them in any way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement by us or that is likely to cause confusion. All other trademarks on this site belong to their respective owners.

Copyright complaints (DMCA takedown notices)

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same of everyone who posts content on this site (for example, product reviews). If you believe material on foodiepaws.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) that includes all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, for multiple works, a representative list;
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (the exact URL is best);
Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

online@revnaq.com is the official Foodiepaws support inbox, operated by our parent company, Revnaq LLC.

When we receive a substantially complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), knowingly and materially misrepresenting that material is infringing can result in liability for damages.

Counter-notification (17 U.S.C. §512(g))

If content you posted was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to the same contact above that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
Your name, address, and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Revnaq LLC may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint or their agent.

We will forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement, the removed material may be restored in accordance with §512(g).

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the ability of repeat infringers to post content (including reviews) on this site.
