When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Open that link for the carrier's latest delivery updates. Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the email.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, holidays or a restock, processing can take up to 3 business days. Transit usually takes another 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day. See our Shipping Policy.

Tracking has stopped or the package is missing

Contact us with your order number if tracking has not moved for several days. If the carrier marks a package delivered and you cannot find it, tell us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will help investigate and arrange a replacement or refund under our policy.
