Payment Policy

Currency and total cost

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Checkout displays the merchandise price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes and total before you confirm payment. Shipping is free on a merchandise subtotal of $35 USD or more after discounts, excluding shipping and tax; below that threshold the shipping charge is calculated at checkout.

Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are displayed in our secure Shopify checkout. Our store supports Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay; availability depends on your device, browser and eligibility. Use one of the payment options offered at checkout.

When you are charged

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors. You must be authorized to use the payment method. Foodiepaws does not see or store your full card number. Your order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance and cancellation terms are explained in our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

One-time purchases do not create a subscription. If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize recurring charges at the delivery frequency and pricing terms shown before purchase. Introductory and later-delivery prices may differ. Manage or cancel future deliveries through the link in your subscription email or your account. See the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Discounts and shipping

Each offer has its own eligibility and combination rules, shown with the offer. A discount can reduce the merchandise subtotal below the $35 free-shipping threshold. Review the final total before placing your order.

Refunds and order changes

Refunds go to the original payment method. Once we receive and check a return, or agree no return is needed, we typically process the refund within one business day. Your bank or card issuer usually takes another 5–10 business days to post it. See our Refund Policy for cancellations, eligibility and the complete process.
