Text Message Privacy Notice

This notice covers our text messaging programme only — the SMS, MMS, and RCS messages we send to your phone. For everything else, including our website, cookies, orders, and email, see our Privacy Policy.
What we will never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your phone number, your mobile opt-in information, or your text messaging consent with any third party for their own advertising or marketing.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not upload customer phone numbers to Google, Meta, TikTok, or any other advertising platform, and we do not use them to build custom audiences, Customer Match lists, or lookalike audiences. There are no exceptions to this.
What we collect
- Your mobile phone number.
- Your consent record: when you opted in, which page you opted in from, and the exact wording you agreed to.
- Message activity: whether a message reached you, whether you replied STOP or HELP, and whether you tapped a link inside it.
We do not read your other messages, and we do not collect your location, your contacts, or anything else from your phone.
What we use it for
- Order updates — confirmations, shipping notices, delivery problems, and subscription renewal reminders.
- Marketing messages about our own dog chews — new products, offers, and cart reminders — and only if you opted in to marketing.
That is the whole list. We do not message you on anyone else’s behalf.
Who else touches it
Two kinds of company, both acting only on our instructions and only to get the message to you:
- Klaviyo — sends the messages for us and stores your consent record.
- Mobile carriers — deliver the message to your handset.
They are our processors. They may not use your number for their own purposes.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us below. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consenting to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Opting out of marketing texts does not stop the messages attached to an order you already placed — confirmations, shipping notices, and subscription renewal reminders.
How long we keep it
Your number and consent record are kept while you are subscribed. After you opt out we keep the record of your number, your consent, and your opt-out only for as long as we need it to show that we honoured your request — and for nothing else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy of it. Email online@foodiepaws.com. It is free, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
